When AI goes wrong in healthcare, who takes the blame—doctor, hospital, or developer? This session unpacks case studies, compares global approaches, and highlights practical steps to share responsibility fairly. Participants will leave with an understanding of laws, policies and questions to consider—designed to protect patients, reduce risk, and support safe innovation where AI is used in practice.
