In this series, we reflect on and discuss how to foster professionalism in diverse learning environments. We will explore the use of coaching skills to promote and remediate professionalism lapses in a multicultural context. The series consists of live webinars led by medical educators and will include interactive sessions.

1. 1- Recognize how the perception of professionalism and professionalism Identity formation can vary in diverse learning environments.
2. 2- Discuss the use of coaching skills in interacting with learners.
3. 3- Examine professionalism assessment methods.
4. 4- Describe professionalism remediation strategies.
