Overview
An introductory course exploring vital integrative connections between somatic practice and performance preparation. Using Theatre and Drama skills in corporate learning and development is not about creating actors but about giving people skills for life and business. Taking improvisation techniques from the theatre and applying them within another setting allows you to explore a wide range of issues. Presence, strength, consciousness, vulnerability, truth, storytelling being in the ‘here and now’, communication and improvisation.

Target Audience
Specialties - Allied Health Professionals, Dentists, Educators, Nurses, Pharmacists, Physicians, Students

Overall Learning Objective
  1. Apply core principles of medical improv to enhance communication skills
  2. Define empathy, and how it impacts patient care and performance

Registration

100 QAR or 28 USD

Changes or Cancellations

  • Name changes or substitutions are not permitted.
  • All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to [email protected].
  • For a full refund of the registration fee, the cancellation request must be received at least 7 days prior to the session. No refund will be offered for cancellation request thereafter.
  • We will attempt to process the refund within 30 days of receiving any cancellation request.
