Overview
The course will include lectures, cases presentations and small group case discussions. The multidisciplinary team (Cardiologists, Nurses, ECG technicians) will cover all basic aspects of ECG in clinical practice including ECG acquisition and interpretation. Small group case discussions at the end will involve small teams of participants working with the activity staff on interpreting ECGs in clinical scenarios.

Specialties - ECG technicians, Nurses, Physicians


Objectives
At the end of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. 1- Describe ECG changes using a specific approach.
  2. 2- Interpret ECG changes related to ventricular and atrial arrhythmias.
  3. 3- Identify ECG changes related to coronary artery disease.
  4. 4- Identify ECG changes related to electrolyte abnormalities
  5. 5- Recognize the basics of acquiring 3 and 12 lead ECGs

Changes or Cancellations

  • Name changes or substitutions are not permitted.

  • For a full refund of the registration fee, the cancellation request must be received at least 7 days prior to the session. No refund will be offered for cancellation request thereafter.
  • We will attempt to process the refund within 30 days of receiving any cancellation request.
