Overview
The forum on Lifestyle Medicine will bring together experts to focus on current and progressive advances in lifestyle medicine education, medical practice, and research. The forum will provide insights on how the overwhelming burden of chronic disease can be prevented, managed, and reversed by using evidence-based lifestyle-related therapeutic interventions. It provides an opportunity to demonstrate how lifestyle medicine is the pathway to optimal health for patients and communities. Overall, the forum will foster an exchange of ideas and engage in interdisciplinary conversations to advance health and well-being of patients, communities, and populations.

Overall Learning Objective
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  1. Discuss innovations and emerging trends in lifestyle medicine
  2. Analyze effective strategies for incorporating and implementing lifestyle medicine into healthcare systems
