Overview

IMPORTANT:

  • Examinees who reside in Qatar: You will take the exam at Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar, Room A055 on October 29, 2022, from 9am – 1pm
  • All other examinees: You will take the exam at a Prometric testing center closest to you, on a date of your choice between November 27 to December 11, 2022. Once you have registered for the exam, you will receive an invite from Prometric to reserve a seat at one of their sites. You will receive this information after  September 30, 2022
  • Deadline to Register: September 30, 2022

Lifestyle Medicine Interest Group-Qatar members are eligible for a 10% discount on the exam fee.

The cost to certify is a one-time fee, dependent on your registration level and your local Lifestyle Medicine society membership status:

MDs and DOs:
  • Non-refundable registration fee from $99 to $299
  • Certification fee $999-$1,499

PhD and Masters Level Health Professionals:

  • Non-refundable registration fee from $49 to $199
  • Certification fee from $799 to $1,299

Please note that IBLM has split the world into three economic tiers and that pricing depends on where you live and practice.
