Overview

This workshop aims to help healthcare providers use freely available tools to assess health information, recognize the difference between library databases and other free resources, identify their information needs, and match them with the right information sources for decision-making.

After attending the workshop, participants will be able to recognize gaps in knowledge or information, identify relevant sources for quality health information, locate and appraise research articles, clinical guidelines, and data, and finally apply the information found to the clinical setting for use in shared decision-making.

The maximum number of attendees is 25. The registration closes on March 3rd.
