Overview
It is estimated that 80% of the world population has some form of periodontal disease, with 15% having severe/advanced disease. Dental professionals are in a unique and essential position to be able to screen, identify and manage patients with periodontal disease. This course will allow colleagues to confidently be able to identify, assess and manage such patients Crown lengthening as an important armamentarium for restorative treatment.

  1. 1-Discuss how to screen and assess patients with periodontal disease
  2. 2-Discuss and highlight relevance and prevalence of diabetic patients related to periodontal disease
  3. 3-Describe strategies to co-ordinate and execute successful treatment plan
  4. 4-Implement the new world wide Periodontal and Implant Classification
